David Jameson
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
An inquisitive mind drawn to the mysteries of the universe and inspired by his dad’s terminal illness. Holds an MsC in Strategic Marketing and thrives on working with inspiring individuals at Aura. Former digital voice of the PG Tips Monkey.

Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder
Inspired by Paul’s positivity and shared love for Chelsea FC, he embraced Aura’s vision from the very beginning. E-commerce background, former investment banker, holds an Engineering Science degree from Oxford. Once starred in a film alongside Morgan Freeman and Gerard Butler.

An avid motorsport enthusiast who finds solace in the great outdoors through hiking and running. A dedicated bookworm, always eager to dive into new worlds and ideas.

Passionate advocate for organ donation, continuing her friend’s legacy through Save9Lives. Published an article in a major regional newspaper and completed endurance challenges for awareness. Obsessed with dogs and known for laughing too much at her own jokes.

Inspired by personal experience, she champions Aura’s mission of normalising discussions about death. Recognised as an Inspirational Woman of Portsmouth. Passionate about helping others, has helped two women have babies by donating her eggs and is an Egg Donation Ambassador. Female empowerment photographer and Nutella lover.

Tamsin Ferrier
Head of Funerals
Inspired by the experience of planning her father’s funeral, she advocates for open conversations about death. Voluntary work with the local Hospice, building community support networks. Highlights include speaking at the launch of a hospice movement report. Organises a display of 2000 knitted poppies every Remembrance Day.

Aaqib is a Product Marketing Manager at Google. He is passionate about empowering markets, businesses and individuals to lead better lives through technology, as well as bringing communities together to create positive change.
Carolin Greiner

Carolin is a branding expert with over 20 years experience across creative agencies including Young & Rubicam in New York and start-ups including Spartan Race (parent company of Tough Mudder).
She brings senior-level experience to Aura through the processes of large agencies, the operational understanding of start-ups and the understanding of US and European cultures.
Joe Leech
Product Strategy
Joe is a globally renowned leader in Product, Design and UX. His role is to help create a rich user experience for our Aura users and helping to design and improve our platform
His background is in Psychology and he is the Author of the book Psychology for Designers. He has worked for organisations like Ebay, Dyson, Disney, MoMA, Booking.com, Alfresco, MoneySuperMarket, Raspberry Pi, Marriott, Trainline, giffgaff and many scale-ups and start-ups over the last 15 years.
